2. The song sound of Music with Tonic sol-fa.
3. Review of Piano keys Nomenclature (white/natural keys, black:sharp/flat keys and their respective symbols.)
4. Dummy keyboards construction [Take Home Assignment: Follow specified diameters Draw showing the piano keys on a cardboard paper].
5. Review of RHF and LHF numbering and correspondence.
B. GSM 212 Project Review:
1. Project Deadline given.
2. Pupils grouping wrt Project submission

1. Present a representative from any one of the following Family of Musical Instruments: percussion, woodwind.
2. Learn to play the following melodies with both hands: (refer to melodious exercises nos. 6-10 from level 1 playlist.)

3rd week Lesson outlines:
A. Revisional: The Music stave [refer to GSM 110 text]: what it is? Numbering pattern from bottom to top, pupils to number the stave at the reverse side of the book cover [refer to The Musicians Note Book].
B. Revisional: Learning to draw the Treble and Bass clef: placement of the clefs on the stave.
C. Revisional materials: names of the lines and spaces of the Treble stave.
D. Revisional materials: names of the lines and spaces of the Bass stave.
E. Introducing the Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 terminologies. [Book 1 comprises of Techniques 1-3].

4th week Lesson outlines:
A. Introducing the Musical Note Values 1: Semibreve, Minims and Crotchets.
B. Learning to draw a Semibreve, a Minim, & a Crotchet.
C. Placing the respective note values on the Stave and reading them: principles of their respective placements on the stave: below the third line, on the third line and above the third line.
D. Group 2 practice from Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 Chapter 2 (FPE 1-8).
E. Introducing the Exercises for Chapter 3 (Pianoforte Fingering Book 1)
F. Assignment: Melodious Exercises Nos. 7 on Cmaj from the RH Piano Melodies Book 1.
5th week Lesson outlines:
A. Revisional materials: spelling from the Treble stave.
B. Revisional materials: spelling from the Bass stave.
C. Group 3 practice from Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 Chapter 2 (FPE 1-8)
D. Revisional: Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 Chapter 3 exercises.
E. Assignment: Melodious Exercises Nos. 8 on Cmaj from the RH Piano Melodies Book 1.
6th week: TEST OF APPLIED MUSIC.
7th week Lesson outlines:
A.  Revisional materials: names of the Recorder parts and numbering of holes of the Recorder.
B. Revisional materials: Other members of the woodwind family of Musical Instruments (refer to MKG 310 text).
C. Group 4 practice from Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 Chapter 2 (FPE 1-8).
D. Assignment: Melodious Exercises Nos. 9 on Cmaj from the RH Piano Melodies Book 1.
E. The Cmajor scale:
1. The voicing of the major scale.
2. The Cmajor scale spelling
3. The Cmajor scale pianoforte fingering.
8th Week Lesson outlines:
A. Introducing the percussion family of instruments.
B. Practice playing Semibreve and Minims  on the drums
F. Group 5 practice from Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 Chapter 2 (FPE 1-8)
C. Assignment: Melodious Exercises Nos. 10 on Cmaj from the RH Piano Melodies Book 1.
*pupils are to come along with their keyboards on the 9th week for Rehearsals.
D. The Gmajor scale:
1. The spelling of the Gmajor scale.
2. The pianoforte fingering for the Gmajor scale.
9th week Lesson outlines:
A. Pianoforte Melodious Exercises Rehearsals and Projects submission.
10th week: RECITALS. (by RH exams, recitals, jury and repertoire Dept.)
11th week: TEST
Section A: Test of key Nomenclature 1. [Natural key nomenclature]
Section B: Test of Pianoforte Fingering 1 [ID and correspondence]
Section C: Music Stave Spelling Bee 2
Section D: Test of Family of Musical Instruments.
