ReHearsal House Music Productions (Also Known As ReHearsal House Nigeria): Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Privacy Policy

1. Terms & Conditions:

By Applying, Registering, enrolling, gaining admission into, including booking and using the academy/rehearsal facilities at Rehearsal House Nigeria ("RHN," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings: Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires full payment in advance.

Admissions into The Academy Programs: Academy Program Admissions are offered only to Applicants who meet up with the Admissions requirements, as it applies to the department/program/course of Application. RHN reserves the right at any time to revoke an Applicant or Student's Admission, if the Student/Applicant is culpable in violating the Academy's Policies.

Payment: Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash (See Tuition and Service Fees on the website); RHN reserves the right to change payment methods at its discretion.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations made one week prior to the scheduled rehearsal time will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee. Training Fees, such as Tuition Fees are payable at the beginning of the Semester (or at the beginning of the Month, for fees payable monthly) and are non Refundable. Instrument Rental Fees are non Refundable. Instruments or Book Purchase fees also are non Refundable after the item has been taken off the Equipment or Book Store.

Usage: Clients are responsible for the proper use of equipment and facilities. Any damage caused by the Client will be charged to the Client.

Cleanliness: Clients are expected to leave the rehearsal space clean and tidy after use.

Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally within the RHN premises. RHN reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

Liability: RHN is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Changes: RHN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy

* Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (see Terms & Conditions).

* Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

* No refunds will be issued for unused time or for cancellations due to technical difficulties outside of RHN's direct control (e.g., power outages).

* In exceptional circumstances, RHN may offer a credit for future bookings instead of a refund.

3. Privacy Policy

RHN is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients.

Information Collection: We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details) necessary for Admission, booking and/or managing rehearsals.

Information Use: This information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with Clients regarding their bookings.  We may also use this information to send occasional promotional materials (from which you can opt out).

Information Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties except when required by law or to process payments.

Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
