Musikgarten: Musicals for Kindergarten Ages.

This August, the Musikgarten Musicals for Pupils from ages 5 and 6, will Particularly Focus on:

Solfege Lessons for Ear Training. 

Piano Lessons

Descant Recorder Lessons.

Program Structure:

Class Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays.

Morning Session: 9:00am - 12:00pm

In Solfege for Ear Training, the Pupils both learn to sing and train their ears simultaneously using sol-fa notations. Sol-fa notations, called Solfege is a very important device in Music, and learning the sol-fa notes of their favorite songs, is for kids, a first step to playing the Song! It is fun and highly informing. While Adults may go through much rigours to learning the sol-fa notes of a song, children simply just sing along and commit the sol-fa notes to heart on one hand and on the other without much consciousness of it, they are learning completely the difference between every two musical notes.

Our  Musikgarten Piano Lessons, for the August Musicals is scheduled into two categories:

For Returning Pupils 

And

For Freshers.

The Returning Pupils are expected to complete the third Semester Curriculum and therefore take their first Recitals at the end of the August Musicals.

Freshers are going through the foundational materials, from Fingering Techniques to Preliminary Melodious Exercises and the Diatonic Major Scale applied to at least the first family keys with their corresponding Fingering. 

Top players stand a chance to earn performance slots in the Childhood Musicals Choir. The Childhood Musical Choir, is expected to host the end of Program Concert in the August Musicals 2023.

 

Recorder Lessons for Musikgarten, is the bonus package for the August Musicals 2023 for Musikgarten. An Elective Option available is Musikgarten Vocals. Pupils may either opt for the Recorder Lessons or the Vocals Sessions, at least one is Mandatory!

Recorder Lessons mandatorily must be taken only by Pupils having their own Descant Recorder (Children Professional Version Only is Permitted).

Freshers: 30,000NGN (Covers Registration).

Early Birds (Returning Students): 22,500NGN.

Early Birds (Freshers): 28,000NGN
