A. Introducing the Diatonic Major scale:
1. The diatonic major scale definition and scale principle.
2. The diatonic major scale voicing and scale degrees.
3. Principle of the Diatonic Major scale connection.
4. Pianoforte: Keys of the First family of the Diatonic Major scale (C G D A E).
5. The Cmajor scale: scale voicing, spelling, key signature for Cmajor, placement of the Cmajor scale on the Grand stave.
6. Cmajor scale preludes Nos. 1-3.
B. Fingering exercises (warm-ups) for the Violin Group 4 (Violin handling with open strings exercises included).
C. Group 4 practice from Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 Chapter 2 (FPE 1-8).
D. Assignment: Melodious Exercises Nos. 9 on Cmaj from the RH Piano Melodies Book 1. Further Practice exercises from the Recorder playlist.
