Foundational Class 1 part 2.
Instruments: 
Piano/Keyboards, Recorder, Vocals.
Repertoire: 
4-6 (Piano), 1-4 (Recorder), 4 (Vocals).


1st Session:
1. Ear Training (sol-fa singing) from Melody No. 6 (Ref. RH Melodious Exercises Book 1).
2. Classification of Music Keys: Natural, Sharp and Flat Keys, with their respective symbols.
3. Revision of Semibreve, Minim and Crotchet note values.
4. The Anatomy and pianoforte fingering for the Cmajor scale, practiced across 3 octaves.
5. Introducing the Cmajor scale for the Recorder.
6. Assignment: Learn to play melodies Nos. 8 and 9 with both hands: (refer to melodious exercises from the reference text book)

2nd Session:
1. Introducing The Gmajor scale for pianoforte, practice playing with RHF, LHF and BH across 3 octaves.

2. Learning the high key C and D on the Recorder .

3. Rehearsal: Melodies Nos. 8 and 9 from previous week's Assignment.

4. Introducing the Quaver note values. Pianoforte Fingering Book 1 Practice Exercises for Quaver.

5. Introducing Pianoforte Repertoire Nos. 4.

6. Assignment: Melodious Exercises Nos. 10 and 11 on Cmaj from the RH Piano Melodies Book 1.

7. Sol-fa singing (Ear Training) melodious exercises Nos. 7

3rd Session:
1. Introducing the high E and F# keys for Recorder Music.

2. Introducing and practice playing D major scale across 3 octaves for piano performance.

3. Rehearsal: Melodies Nos. 12 and 13 from the RH Melodious Exercises Book 1.

4. Assignment: Learning Song Repertoire No. 4 from the Vocalist Repertoire Book (Children's Volume).

5. Assignment: Pianist Repertoire Nos. 5

6. Sol-fa singing for ear training melodious exercises Nos. 8 [sol-fa singing textbook for pupils].

4th Session:
1. Rehearsals: Pianoforte Repertoire Nos.  4 and 5.

2. Learning and practice G major scale for the Recorder.

3. Introducing the C major scale preludes version 1.

4. Rehearsals for Ear Training: sol-fa singing melodious exercises nos. 9

5th Session:
1. Voice Training: pitch and range finder.

2. Recorder G major scale ReHearsal.

3. Introducing the A major (diatonic) scale, with the RHF and LHF fingerings.

4. Practice playing the Amajor scale on RHF, LHF and BH.

5. Assignment: Melodious Exercises Nos. 14 on Cmaj from the RH Piano Melodies Book 1.

6. Sol-fa singing exercises for Ear Training Nos. 10.

6th Session:
1. Pianoforte Repertoire Nos. 6

2. Recorder Repertoire Nos. 1

3. Assignment: Piano Melodious Exercises, Nos. 15.

4. Sol-fa singing drills for Ear Training Melodious exercises Nos. 11

7th Session:
1. Pianoforte Rehearsals for 2nd Recitals

2. Recorder Repertoire Nos. 2

3. Solo singing Rehearsals for 1st Vocal cover.

8th Session:
1. Pianoforte Rehearsals for the 2nd Recitals cont'd.

2. Recorder Repertoire Nos. 2

9th Session:
