Whether lead Singing or Backup Singing, regardless what genre, although, we must say, especially: Traditional Gospel Congregational Singing...

What is mostly refered to as the Praise/Worship Music...


Where there has to be a lot of routine Singing, Screaming, yelling, and lots of "make some noise...shout"...


The tendency for Most Singers thus exposed, would be to damage their vocal cords, howbeit, slowly, they only get to know, when, at Cece Winans Age, they're unable to last long in tour! They are no longer able even under 45 to finish a Praise/Worship Session, without "loosing their voice..."

And even then... They are completely unaware, what had gone wrong and when or how, it happened...

The Answer to this dilemma is found in the foundational question: Did you even know your voice type or range at the start of your singing career?
