Registration/Application
Registration Forms are to be completed Online after the Registration Fees have been paid. Registration Applies to All Programs.
College of Applied Music Diploma Program Applicants are however required to Complete A Course Application Form After completing the Registration Form.
Note that Registration Access is only granted to Applicants whose Registration Payments have been confirmed; Applicants are thus required to submit Teller or Receipt of Payments Made. It is necessary to state in the receipt the Program/Service being Applied for.
