REHEARSAL HOUSE 2026 HOSTEL REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY:  

- Only registered students of ReHearsal House College or University Programs are eligible.  

- Students must have completed their Preliminary Orientation and First Level Registration. 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (For Application):  

1. Completed Hostel Application Form  

2. 1 Passport Photograph (Recent, clear)  

3. Copy of Admission Letter or Proof of Program Enrollment  

4. Valid Means of Identification (e.g. NIN, School ID, or National ID)  

5. Proof of Hostel Fee Payment (Teller/Receipt)

PERSONAL ITEMS TO COME WITH:  

- Bedspread, Pillow & Cover  

- Toiletries (Toothpaste, Soap, Towel, etc.)  

- Personal Water Bottle  

- Reading Lamp  

- Musical Instruments (as applicable)  

- Modest Clothing (no offensive/explicit wear)  

- Padlocks & Locker (for valuables)  

- Optional: Fan (for Standard Lodge residents)

RH HOUSE-LODGE: KITCHEN & COOKING ESSENTIALS

Hostellers who wish to prepare personal meals are required to come along with the following basic cooking and kitchen items (depending on their Lodge Category and allocated kitchen space):

Personal Cooking Essentials

A Central Gas Cylinder and Burner is provided for all Students use by the Academy (Students are however responsible for filling up the Gas Cylinder). A Central Waste bin is also provided for by the Academy. 

Students are however required to come Along with the following Personal Cooking Essentials:

-Cooking Pots (at least 2 sizes)

- Frying Pan

- Kettle (Stove-Use)

- Cooking Spoons / Turner / Ladle

- Knife Set

- Chopping Board

Food Storage & Eating Utensils

- Food Storage Containers (airtight)

- Water Bottle / Flask

- Cup / Mug

- Plate(s), Bowl(s)

- Cutlery Set (spoon, fork, knife)

Cleaning Items

- Dishwashing Liquid

- Dish Sponge / Scrubber

- Dish Towel

- Trash Can/Basket.

- Hand Towel

Optional but Recommended

- Small Table-top Blender

- Plastic Rack for drying dishes

- Small Cooler or food flask

- Plastic basket for fruits or dry foods

Note:

- Cooking is allowed only in designated kitchen areas.

- Hostellers must adhere to kitchen hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.

RULES & CONDUCT: 

- Respect for fellow hostellers, instructors, and facilities is mandatory.  

- No unauthorized visitors allowed in the hostel.  

- Curfew: 9:00 PM (unless excused for official school sessions).

- No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate media content.  

- Daily quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.  

- Cleanliness is expected—shared spaces must be kept tidy.  

2026–2027 RH IN-CAMPUS HOUSE LODGE FEES (Annual):

Hostel Application Fee: ₦5,000  

(Non-refundable; covers documentation & space processing).

Annual Hostel Accommodation Fees:

Executive Lodge (Private Room, Ensuite Bathroom)

₦420,000 per annum

Standard Lodge (Shared Room, 3–4 Students)

₦225,000 per annum

What Fees Cover:

✓ Access to Practice Rooms (fixed slots)  

✓ Security & Maintenance  

✓ Rehearsal Room Access (per schedule)  

- External Lodge (Off-campus): Varies (Contact Admin)  

Note: Hostel fees cover electricity, maintenance, and shared facilities.

Important:

- Acceptance into the hostel is based on availability and compliance with all guidelines.  

- Students must renew accommodation each year.
