ReHearsal House Vision Statements

OUR VISION:

1. To establish and operate a vocational education and training center under the name ReHearsal House Nigeria LTD, providing structured and progressive training in music, performance, and creative arts from early childhood to professional levels.

2. To design, develop and deliver structured and specialized music education programs, including certificate, diploma, and advanced musicianship training, instruction and development programs in piano, vocals, guitar, bass, violin, percussion, brass and woodwind instruments, and other relevant instruments; as well as skill-based programs in music production, songwriting, music directing, orchestration, film and theatrical scoring, therapeutic musicology, and related creative and technical disciplines. for individuals across all age categories; and for respective durations; including but not restricted to 12 Months, 18 Months, 2 Years, 3 Years, etc. duration through both onsite and virtual learning platforms.

3. To provide specialized music training services for individuals, families, children, and professionals, including pre-school music programs, family orchestration training, and independent learners' modules; and with modular systems for applied musical training and artistic development.

4. To engage in the development, publication, and distribution of music education content, curricula, and materials including books, audio-visual tutorials, and training manuals.

5. To organize and host musical performances, recitals, rehearsals, artist showcases, student concerts, seasonal training programs (including the April Musicals, August Musicals, December/YuleTide Musicals), skill assessment programs and community music education outreach events as part of its applied music education framework.

6. To operate rehearsal studios, music training labs, artist development platforms, and production units to support hands-on learning and project-based assessments; thus facilitating internship, mentorship, and independent learning pathways for aspiring creatives and artists, adopting real-life simulations, performance development, and portfolio building.

7. To offer educational consultancy services related to music education systems, training models, and curriculum development for schools, churches, organizations, institutions and learning centers; also collaborating with the above stated and also the media for joint projects, educational partnerships, or creative productions; thus providing consultancy and support services in music education program development, curriculum design, and skill certification.

8. To offer early childhood and foundational music learning programs through its Childhood Musicals Academy, introducing music through sensory, movement, and play-based learning from 3 months upward.

9. To establish and run a non-conventional, educational and developmental program under the name Little Lads Home School of Practical Learning, emphasizing hands-on, experiential education in music, life skills, arts, and early-stage creativity for children and teenagers.

10. To run an independent artist platform offering recording opportunities, creative incubation, artist development, release support, and live performance engagement.

11. To establish and operate an in-house Record Label for managing artist content, production, publishing, licensing, media distribution, and branding.

12. To design, publish, and distribute music training materials, audio-visual content, courseware, and digital learning resources.

13. To create and manage digital platforms for e-learning, music training, and remote classes, including hybrid and home-service program delivery.

14. To engage in business activities such as merchandise sales, branded products, and creative tools related to the company’s purpose.

15. To lease, acquire, develop or manage properties and facilities necessary for carrying out its operations, including training centers, studios, or performance spaces.

16. To employ, engage or contract professionals, educators, musicians, producers, and creative experts as needed for program execution.

17. To generate revenue through training fees, service charges, media monetization, live shows, content licensing, and other lawful means in line with the company’s vision.

18. To apply for, receive, and manage grants, sponsorships, donations, or public/private investments for education, music, or social impact projects.

19. To carry out all other lawful activities necessary, incidental, or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
