Test Your Musicality!

We held the second ever Test of Applied Music in ReHearsal House yesterday, well, technically the test is still on. I think the participants found the question interesting. Today, we're leaving the question in public domain, so that, other interested persons may attempt it as well. Remember that RH is an Applied Music House, therefore, we are constantly more interested in the practical considerations and yes, meaning too, so, the test is called TEST OF APPLIED MUSIC (TAM), and the question(s) are expected to be in line with the Musical Application.

ReHearsal House Test of Applied Music, 13/9/2019:

Thou livest in the fictitious town of down East Lane, Irish England, a colony which prohibits all other bases but binary, and where a dramatist personae hath writ a 45 minutes play for entertainment on the Prince's annual theatrical banquet, the year is 1568. Thou hast been charged the responsibility to compose a sonnet portrayed in musical allegory and also compose the theme song titled: ode to the Prince in 10/100 and 11/100 time on a named instrument, as well as the Music score for the play (for at least three instruments), which is expected to cut across all the 12 musical keys (all time signatures in your composition must be presented in binary).
