BREAKING: REHEARSAL HOUSE PRE-SCHOOL VOCATIONAL & MUSIC ACADEMY
Announcing the Launch of the Pre-School Vocational & Music Academy
Premiering with the March 28 – April 25 Pre-Musikgarten April Musicals
ReHearsal House Nigeria Ltd. is pleased to announce the commencement of a new early childhood learning initiative: The Pre-School Vocational & Music Academy.
This Academy will officially premiere through the March 28 – April 25 Pre-Musikgarten April Musicals program, an introductory musical learning cycle designed for young children and their parents.
The launch marks the beginning of a unique educational approach where music, creativity, and practical life skills are introduced to children from the earliest stages of development.
A School of Practical Learning
The Pre-School Vocational & Music Academy is designed as an early introduction to vocational education for preschool children.
Rather than presenting subjects as abstract classroom theory, the Academy teaches through hands-on practical experiences that encourage children to explore, experiment, and create.
Children learn through:
- music and rhythm
- movement and sound exploration
- practical activities
- pattern discovery
- playful experimentation
In this environment, learning begins with doing.
Our Educational Philosophy
“I Am A Parent. That which I Teach cannot be Untaught by the Worst of Teachers; That which I fail to Teach cannot be Taught by the Best of Teachers.”
At the heart of the Academy is the belief that parents are a child’s first and most influential teachers.
Because of this conviction, the Pre-School Vocational & Music Academy operates a home-centered learning model that places parents at the center of their child’s developmental journey.
A Home-Centered Learning System
Although guided sessions take place at ReHearsal House, the Academy is intentionally designed to function as an extension of the family home.
The program operates through a Parent-Guided Learning Model:
- The Academy provides the curriculum, musical training, and structured guidance.
- Parents actively guide their children through the learning activities at home.
- Each participating home becomes a natural extension of the Academy’s learning environment.
This approach creates a 100% home-friendly learning experience, allowing children to learn in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while benefiting from professional instruction.
The result is a beautiful meeting point between:
- formal education — structured learning and expert guidance
- informal education — the warmth, creativity, and natural learning that occurs at home
Through this partnership, families help transform their homes into spaces of music, creativity, and practical discovery.
The April Musicals: Our First Learning Cycle
The Academy will debut through the Pre-Musikgarten April Musicals, running from March 28 to April 25.
This introductory program immerses children in a joyful musical environment where they begin exploring:
- listening and sound awareness
- rhythm and movement
- musical instruments
- playful creative expression
The April Musicals serve as the foundation stage for the Academy’s learning system.

- creativity
- listening intelligence
- coordination
- problem-solving skills
- confidence and independence
These early experiences help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and discovery.
