Keyboard Dj

KEYBOARD DJ COURSE

Course Introduction:

Keyboard DJ is a progressive course designed for the modern music performer who desires to blend live keyboard performance with DJ artistry, using MIDI controllers, samplers, synths, turntables, and DAWs.

Emerging from the evolution of keyboard technology and DJ culture, this course prepares students to perform in live events, concerts, worship events, club settings, and hybrid electronic shows. Introduced as a course in response to growing demands for real-time performers with digital competence, Keyboard DJ combines performance mastery, beat matching, live remixing, and cue-based triggering.

Starting from Program Level 1, students begin with digital DJ theory and basic keyboard fluency. By Program Level 3, students will be playing live DJ sets with real-time keyboard layering in studio sessions and outstations. The final stages simulate real-life DJ artist management and event performance planning.
