RH Internship Orientation Handbook

Layer 1 — Welcome Guide for Applicants & New Interns

Welcome to ReHearsal House

Welcome to the ReHearsal House Internship Program.

At ReHearsal House (RH), we believe that music education should go beyond theory and performance. We believe musicians should be trained to become creators, educators, leaders, performers, innovators and contributors within a real musical ecosystem.

The RH Internship Program is designed as a structured vocational and musical apprenticeship system built on three foundational pillars:

Training. Apprenticeship. Service.

This handbook serves as your introduction into the RH Internship System.

  • Develop musicianship and technical skill

  • Build practical real-world experience

  • Learn responsibility and leadership
